What the FUCK is wrong with people? I know people, who shall remain nameless here, that have been aware of what the internet is and have been using computers since the 90's. But still, they don't seem to understand how it works. It's really getting on my nerves. I fuck around and act like an idiot and tell inappropriate jokes on twitter, but still I get mentions from people that know me about 'regular' shit. People that have my email address AND facebook. Now, there's people like my mother, who have only recently started getting online and learning what to do and how to get around. So when she has a question I'm more than happy to answer and help any way I can. Not just because she's my mother but because she's in her 60's. She didn't have all this growing up, or even in her 20's or 30's. But those who claim ignorance, my patience is wearing thin. They say, hey Jason you know about computers, how do you do this? How do you do that? FUCKING GOOGLE IT! They have the knowledge of a million libraries right in front of them but act like they don't know how to use it. What's even worse is when they want me to do something for them, and I don't mean replacing a part or some other hardware problem. I mean like something as simple as finding an application that does a specific thing. If I do all of that shit for them, how are they going to know how to do it themselves? I'm fucking tired of it. Learn how to use a fucking computer if you're going to have one, or do like I'm sure many people did back when they upgraded to Windows ME. And chuck it out the fucking window.
